We have been providing advice and assistance to construction developers worldwide since 1992. We have conducted numerous surveys and research projects based on interviews with investors, owners, developers and construction experts all over the world. This enabled us to isolate the principle sources of all serious issues that arise in the course of construction development.
Our research has conclusively shown that the number of errors made in the course of the development grows exponentially as every successive error is based on the previous ones.
